This bathroom needed re-tiling because water was leaking into the shop below because of the faulty seal. After removing the tiles waterproof plasterboard was installed and then tiled, and a shower curtain fitted. Because the pipework for the shower was inaccessible without major disruption the original bath, tap and shower fitting were left and worked around.
